Mrs. Nora E. Long, aged 75, of 309 Haney Ave [ note s-6, 349 Haney Ave.] died at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday [Aug. 11] in Memorial Hospital after an illness of three weeks. She was born in St Joseph County Aug 30, 1872 and spent her life in this community. On December 11, 1889 she was married to Frank R. Long, who died in 1937. Surviving are a daughter Esta Kramer, of South Bend; a sister Gertrude Williamson of St. Petersberg, Fla.; a niece Mrs Aneeta Flicker of Dade City Fla., and a grand nephew. Friends may call in the residence after 7 p.m. today and until funeral services at an undesignated hour in First Evangelical United Brethern Church. Rev. P. E. Young will officate. Burial will in be Southlawn Cemetery. She was a member of the United Missionary Church for many years.

Funeral services for Mrs. Nora E. Long, 309 Haney Avenue, who died Wednesday, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in First Evangelical United Brethren Church. rev. P. E. Young, pastor, will officiate, assisted by Rev. I Mickel. A prayer service will be conducted in the residence at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, after which her body will be taken to the church to lie from 2 p.m. until the hour of service there. Friends my call in the residence. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery.
